Canon Lens Adapter

Post by bbones » Fri Oct 02, 2015 10:29 am

Hi All

Anyone know where its possible to buy a low profile 58mm to 2" adapter for my Canon Lens.

I have a standard one already but the profile is too high

Cheers

Bill

Do you mean a step-down ring to fit a 48mm filter to a lens with 58mm thread?

If that allows me to screw in a 2" LPF then that's the one

Cheers

Check and double check that it is not a step up adapter you need. Easy to get it the wrong way round.

Cheers Guys

I need to step down from the 58mm thread on my Canon 18 to 55mm EF-S lens to 2" to take my UHC Nebular filter. I have one already, however the profile is too high and therefore I'm having to use the lens at 55mm to reduce the vignetting.

It would be nice to get down to 28mm :?
