That would depend how you've mounted your camera.
Mine has North at the top, in which case the first column (X-axis) is RA and the second (Y-axis) is Declination.
But if your camera isn't lined up with your mount axes, then you'll see a "vector sum" of the errors from both axes in each column, which would be quite tricky to interpret!
