Schools and Outreach Events

At the committee meeting on Tuesday 26th March the issue of Schools and Outreach event not sponsored by the Society could be supported by a small group of volunteers within the Society and would have access to the BBT for use at these events if required
With the above in mind and before we formally setup and agree to support these events we are looking to see there are any members who would like to take part and if we have sufficient volunteers we then need to discuss how we saw it working, for example.
a. Area we would be willing to cover
b. Start and finish times
c. Notice period
d. Cancelation time scales
e. Expenses (40p per mile or a fix fee depending on distance)
f. BBT contribution
g. Presentations
h. Equipment
The idea is that on a request for our support we would then be in the position to discuss the proposed dates and also inform them of the charges / expenses to ensure that any volunteers cover their cost.
