The society will be hosting its Annual General Meeting at the Lady Bridge Community Centre on the 4th September 2012

A presentation will be given reviewing the previous year, along with reports from the officers and the election of the committee. We want to thank the efforts of the current officers and committee members who have made valuable contributions to last years events.

Committee meetings will always be open to members, however since 2008 the society has grown in size. Arising from this success, and the success we've had with committee members holding individual roles, it is being proposed that officers of the society shall be a chairman, deputy, Secretary, Auditor, and up to eight committee members, each with individual roles.

Being proposed are the following three roles. In addition to the five roles that are currently being held.

Meeting Manager (room set-up & catering)
    Press / Publicity
    Schools Liaison officer

Those that wish to stand for one of the three extra individual roles, please email me before the 4th September 2012 expressing your interest.

Also if you no longer want to fulfil a role, please email me before the 4th September 2012 expressing your intention to stand down
