I put an image of Virgo galaxies (4" refractor in New Mexico) in the gallery that does not really show any detail.
I have broken it down into 12 images on my website - here is the link:

What an amazing amount of detail from such a small scope. I guess it must be sat on top of a mountain somewhere and not on someones rooftop in Mexico City then.
