Sacred Heart primary School Westhoughton
Sacred Heart primary School Westhoughton
Hi All
Following the success of our previous presentations / star party's we have been asked if we can return again this year.
A few possible dates to propose from the school are:
Wednesday the 5th Feb
Thursday the 6th Feb
Wednesday the 5th March
Thursday the 6th March.
We would be looking for a main presenter and supporting members to assist with the equipment should the weather allow so viewing.
Before I commit can you let me know if your available for
1. Presenting
2. Bringing equipment and being available to help with the viewing
3. General help setting up / breaking down
Thanks
Bill

Re: Sacred Heart primary School Westhoughton
Sorry for late reply on this but needed to check dates .... Thursday 6th of March is best for me, any time start/finish .... What am I talking about ? We did stars, planets last year ....or is it same required but for this years science class ? . How bout starting out in observing and imaging ? Or do we need to keep within what they are being taught in class ?
Re: Sacred Heart primary School Westhoughton
Thanks for the feed Back I will pick it up at the next meeting and will go for the 6th March

Re: Sacred Heart primary School Westhoughton
A big thanks to Dean and Dave for supporting the Evening
We despite the weather we had a good evening and I have already had some very positive feed back. Dean's presentation went down well and he involved the students by getting them to play out the Earth, Moon and Sun.
The magic eye piece Dave brought along was the icing on the cake, see attached image.
The school took some photo's and I have asked for copied and will post them, hopefully one with Dean in shot.....
